Account Types

The Final Mile Track Account Types inherit their access from DECS Roles.

 

DECS Roles and Final Mile Track Account Types are mapped as follows:

Final Mile Track External User Account Types

The following table describes the Final Mile Track external User Account Types:

 

Final Mile Track External User Account Type

Permissions

Standard

·         grants the User access to Place Order, Track, Reports, and Settings

Tracking

·         grants the User access to the Track section only

Agent

·         Agent - grants the User access to Place Order, Track, and Settings. The User can either view all orders or only orders that he/she placed. An Administrator can define this setting by selecting All or User Only in Final Mile Track Administration > Users > Settings Tab > Display > Order Visibility. The Order Visibility field default is “User Only.” Agents cannot view rates.

Onsite Dispatcher

·         grants the User access to Place Order, Track, Reports, and Settings. In the Place Order section, the User can assign a Driver to an order. Use the Onsite Dispatcher account type when an onsite employee needs to place an order on behalf of a Customer.

Customer Supervisor

·         grants the User access to Place Order, Track, Reports, and Settings. The User can also access the User Setup section to create and/or delete Users within their Account Group, and to modify those Users’ settings.

 

 

DECS Internal User Account Types

The following table describes the DECS internal User Account Types:

Order Entry Customer Service Representative (CSR)

·         Can view any account

·         Can emulate any Customer/User (cannot enter orders, cannot add/edit addresses)

·         Can enter orders in his/her User account based on DECS Order Entry access

·         Cannot configure accounts

·         Cannot create/configure Users

Customer Flow - Salesperson

·         Includes all permissions of the CSR Account Type

·         Can configure accounts that he/she owns

·         Can create Users for an account he/she owns that does not have a System Administrator User

·         Cannot enter orders

Final Mile Track Customer Manager

 

·         Includes all permissions of the Salesperson Account Type

·         Can configure any account

·         Can create Users for an account he/she owns that does not have a System Administrator User

·         Cannot enter orders

Sales Support Management

 

 

·         Includes all permissions of the Salesperson Account Type

·         Can configure any account

·         Can create Users for an account he/she owns that does not have a System Administrator User

IS Support

·         Includes all permissions of the Salesperson Account Type

·         Can configure any account

·         Can create Users for an account he/she owns that does not have a System Administrator User

System Administrator

·         Includes all permissions of the Support Account Type

·          Can configure the Final Mile Track application
