To cancel an order:
On the Track Orders page, search for the order that you want to cancel. A list of orders displays.
Click the order that you want to cancel. The Order Details page appears.
Click the Cancel link, as shown:

A confirmation window displays, as shown:

Click OK.
The order is removed from the Track Orders list. All stops within the order are cancelled. The appointments that are attached to the stops on the order are also cancelled. The order’s status displays “Cancelled,” as shown:
