You can view delivery survey responses that are attached to a stop, and you can listen to messages recorded by the customer. On the Track page > Stop Details page, if a stop has a completed survey, the survey questions and answers display in the Survey section, as shown:

If a recorded survey message exists on a stop, you can play the message audio, as shown:

Note: A link to a recorded survey message does not display in Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer, the following warning message displays: “A recorded message exists, but it is not playable in the Internet Explorer browser.”
