Track an Order from the Home Page

To track an order (from the past 120 days) from the Home Page:

  1. On the Home page, in the Track section, enter an Order Number, Reference Number, or Package ID, as shown:

 Note: This field is case-insensitive.

 

  1. Click Track. The Track Orders page appears and displays the orders (from the past 120 days) that match your search criteria, as shown:
