Create a User vs. Add a User

If you want to set up a User on an account, you must first determine if the User is an existing Final Mile Track User, or if the User has not been created in Final Mile Track. If the User does not exist in Final Mile Track, you must create the User. (See Create a User). If the User already exists in Final Mile Track, you can simply add the User to the account. (See Add a User to an Account).
